Customer Service Remote

All customers can order on-line by downloading our Customer Service program. This feature rich application allows you to order and research products, check shipping status, view pending and invoice history, and much more!  For more information click here for a printable brochure on this product.

To download the Customer Service install program...

button.gif (82 bytes) Click on 'Save'
button.gif (82 bytes) Use the button to create a new folder called 'ABEC' on your desktop for convenient access, or browse to the folder of your choice. (The folder you choose will be the location you will always run Customer Service from, so remember where you save it.)
button.gif (82 bytes) When downloading completes open the folder that you saved Cust.exe in and run it by double clicking
button.gif (82 bytes) When prompted to Enter Your Company Code type in 'ARKANSAS' and then click 'OK' to continue.
