Duties will include maintaining and expanding existing customers and expanding customer base.  We are looking for self driven honest individuals that wants to enhance their lifestyle with solid income and yet work with a family friendly company.

Arkansas Bag & Equipment is a family owned and operated company that has been serving Central Arkansas since 1964.  Our customer base consists of education, manufacturing, government, janitorial services, churches, and medical facilities.  Basically, anybody that needs a clean environment is a possible customer. 

Offering top product lines, free delivery, on staff machine repair technician, makes Arkansas Bag & Equipment a full service janitorial supply house.  We will train you in all aspects of janitorial supplies and by making it easy to deliver quality goods and services, help you build a strong relationship with the customer.  Knowledge based selling is key in our industry and you will be armed with training from factory reps and the management staff that has more than 50 year experience in the jan-san business.

Sales reps are paid a base plus commission that will range from $25,000 to $40,000 yearly, depending on experience and account development. (This is not the limit, you set that.)   Commissions are based on a percent of the profit generated per sales.  We stress in-depth selling into the accounts and back it up with our broad line of products with a 96+% fill rate.  Medical and dental insurance is available after 90 days, with strong company participation.
